Billable connects to the tools you already use to detect client work. We only need read access—we never need to create or edit events, send email, or write to your accounts. We read metadata (event titles, domains, file paths) to infer work patterns; you stay in control of all actions.

Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. We read event titles, times, and attendee domains to match sessions to clients. No write access; we don’t create or change events.

Chrome and Safari extensions capture tab URLs (domains only) and active tab time to detect web-based client work (Docs, Figma, Gmail web, etc.). No page content or keystrokes—metadata only.

Direct export or sync to your billing stack is on the roadmap. We’re building integrations so confirmed sessions can flow into:
- QuickBooks
- Xero
- FreshBooks
Until then, export to CSV/Excel and copy-paste invoice text works with any tool.
