Revenue Recovery
We frame everything in money, not minutes. The product surfaces “$420 left on the table” instead of “1.5 hours unbilled” so the cost of missed billing is obvious. Sessions are grouped by client with estimated value; you confirm what to add to your invoice. Goal: recover $10K–$30K per year in lost billable hours without adding another chore. We never auto-bill—we suggest, you confirm.
Smart Micro-Interruption Handling
Short interruptions (e.g. <5–7 minutes) don’t become noisy session fragments. We treat them as low-confidence candidates: they only appear if you choose to “Show everything.” Longer, continuous work (e.g. ≥7–10 minutes) with clear client signals becomes a session. So you see meaningful blocks of work, not every app switch or quick reply. The system learns which micro-sessions you consistently mark non-billable and suppresses similar ones over time.
Goodwill / Non-Billable Toggle
You decide what counts as billable. Many consultants deliberately don’t bill for relationship work—quick emails, check-ins, small favors. Billable respects that. When you mark a session as non-billable (goodwill or admin), we learn the pattern and reduce or hide similar sessions in the future. You stay in control; we never push you to bill for everything. Zero-Friction Export
Confirmed sessions accumulate in per-client ready-to-bill pools. Export is designed for your existing workflow: we prepare data for QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, or copy-paste invoice text—no manual timers or re-entry of hours. You get line-item–style output (client, description, duration, amount) that drops into your invoicing tool or spreadsheet. No need to log time twice; Billable bridges detection to invoicing without forcing you into a new app.
